River Valley Computer Repair is a growing Grand Forks, North Dakota business, with one location and two Strategic Business Functions (SBFs). Founded in late 2010, with our shop open for business in early 2011, we strive to provide top level service, at fair prices.
SBF 1 is the computer service and repair branch which is the core of our business. We specialize in both hardware and software repair, and take pride in doing repairs other shops won’t or can’t, such as removing, replacing, and soldering power jacks on laptops, or replacing laptop LCD screens.
SBF 2 is the newest part of our business. Titled “Bullpen”, we have turned the front of our shop into a gift shop specializing in truly unique gifts for men. Our merchandise includes cardboard taxidermy, multi-tool titanium collar stays, and even pizza cutters shaped like circular saws.
As we continue to grow our business, we would like to begin providing other companies with technical support. To help accomplish this, we plan on having all of our technicians become Microsoft Certified within the next year.
